We send the community owner a one-time sign-in link. There’s no password to remember.

Questions from community owners
Do my members need a PlayFaceToFace account?
No. Only the community owner signs in, to manage billing. Members open the hub, pick a display name and play.
Is the price per member?
No. The Private Community plan is one flat price for the whole community, not a fee per member.
Which platforms are supported?
Gather is supported today. Discord, Slack and Microsoft Teams are on the way. If your community meets somewhere else, get in touch and tell us where.
Who can see our tables?
Private tables only show up inside your community hub. Members of the public PlayFaceToFace lobby can’t browse them or get matched into them.
What’s the difference from the free Shared option?
Shared puts your members in the public PlayFaceToFace pool with everyone else. Private gives your community its own pool, so every table and Quick Match stays among your members.
How is billing handled?
Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. To change plans or cancel, contact us.
